  • The unit weight of steel is 7850 kilogram per meter cube or  489.8 pounds per cubic foot
  • The unit weight of stainless steel lies in the range of 7480 and 8000 kilogram per meter cube depending on its composition
  • The unit weight of concrete 2400 kilogram per cubic meter
  • The unit weight of water 998 kilogram per cubic meter
  • The unit weight of ordinary cement is 1400 kg/m3
  • The unit weight of rapid hardening cement is 1250 kg/m3
  • The unit weight of cement mortar is 2000 kg/m3
  • The unit weight of plain cement concrete is 2400 kg/m3
